Our 10th voice principle

A deliberate promise to empower inclusion, diversity and equality among our TMD team members, clients and partners.

The premise is that if nine people agree on the same notion, it’s the responsibility of the 10th person to advocate the opposite. The 10th Voice ensures all opinions, perspectives and opinions are heard without bias, prejudice or malice. This empowerment is not only encouraged, it is fundamental to our inclusive culture and fundamentally instilling diversity in thought and is simply how we operate.
