Retail is not dead but some of it should be. Some brands are simply past their expiry. The pandemic caused dramatic shifts in consumer behaviour, and if you’re still stuck offering mediocre customer experience or trying to go back to the way it was “pre pandemic” — you should probably just close your doors.
